I purchased my phone (Samsung galaxy a5 2016) on 15th may 2016. From the starting days but buying it, my phone was showing heating issues. I approached the nearest authorized service centre of samsung but the person assured me that it happens with this phone. This issue of overheating became persistent which lead to other problems within phone.
Now from april last 2017 my phone battery started draining very quickly.
I was unaware about the fact that my inbuilt battery was damaged so badly because of over heating that it was about to burst.
Now i approached the service centre of samsung and they told me that my phone's warranty has been expired and now there is no laibility for the company and i have to suffer the expenses as well as the risk of my phone. I need affirmative reply and satisfaction from samsung as i bought the device and i took good care of it and now i have to suffer the loss. This is pure negligence of the company and the service centre and i want my device repairing cost as well as the assurance that my device is good for further use. I am attaching photos of my phone and company can see its condition. It has become threat for me as battery can explode at any time seeing the history of samsung phones.
