[Resolved] Samsung India — Smartphone j7 (2016) | |||
Subject phone was bought before 2months from one of your authorised dealers in calicut. It was shocking to find its speaker not working since 23rd afternoon while talking to someone. I had lot of trust in samsung products as my previous phone was galaxy note2 which served me well. When i approached your authorised service centre i am told that as the phone model is new part required is not in stock and i might need to wait for a week minimum. I am booked to travel on a business trip to middle east 5th of december. I would like to know how can you help me to get my phone repaired. I am extremely disappointed by the poor quality of your product and also non availability of parts. Was this information helpful? | |||
