Dear Team,

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab2 from your shop on date 26th Dec15.Since last week, I am getting a problem with the Tab and Tab is not started.
It is in under the warranty period But SAMSUNG support team are not responding me and not providing support.I will take this issue with consumber court.
I moved to India on date 10feb16 and I lost a invoice bill.

As per Samsung warranty policy, we are unable to cater your request of Free of Cost repair as it is physically damaged and it has an international warranty but in the case of physical damage warranty gets void.
