[Resolved] Samsung India — Split AC | |||||
Very distressing to buy Samsung A.C. On October 05, 2016 i bought one 1.5 T AC. Obviously it was towards end of last summer. This year when tried to switch on, it didn't. I called the shop Aditya Vision, Purnea, Bihar on 18th & 19th May. Thereafter on different dates, mechanic continued to repair at weely interval and i continued to suffer. Having suffered a lot, i sent a letter to Aditya Vision on 20th June through email asking for replacement with new one. Again the same drama played. After 1 1/2 month, a.c. couldn't get repaired. Lastly on 26th june i wrote to Aditya Vision requesting the same but it was like flogging a dead horse. I have well concluded that the a.c. has manufacturing defects.
