Samsung India — split ac samsung | |||
This is in reference to our samsung split ac under smart warranty. We were given service request #[protected] and others. We have been pursing about repairs to our air conditioner for over a month and samsung is unable or unwilling to replace our ac which has been giving constant problems for past 3 and half years. Instead we were offered 40 percent of invoice value as compensation or 50 % worth or coupons for invoice value of rs 45000/=. For supplying us defective ac A meagre compensation of rs 18000/= which is less than third of invoice value for amount paid for ac i. E rs 45000/= we further paid rs 12, 954/= for 5 years service warranty and amount of rs 1900 as installation charges. For defective ac which samsung is bound by warranty conditions of 10 years on compressor (Which is most likely cause for breakdown) and 5 years on condensor and all other repairs as per service warranty conditions is not acceptable to us.
