Well it seems like i recieved a defective product from the start itself. After buying my s7 edge in just over a week ended the screen showed up with a dead pixel lining.
But since your company's after sales states than after a week of the purchase it doesn't replace it's product. Just a free repair. Unlike other manufacturers. A issue of manufacturing defect is met by repair not a replacement even for your premium flagship phones.
And now as soon as its warranty has ended after a year. The battery swell out by itself and pushing the back panel with glue tearing apart. What an irony and pain of carrying this handset. But you have your wonderful policy, for customer to be paying for the defective produce of your company. Even your customer care service hangs up as soon you state them your issue. It hanged up twice on me.
What a beautiful after sales service.
Thank you, just in past 1 year you were able to convince me to never ever buy a single samsung product ever in my life, again.
