I have purchased seven samsung led flat t. V. On dated 24 february 2017 out of seven one sl. No. Qa2f3znh929554v (Model no. Ua32fh4003r) was sent to kushinagar to mr. Sonu yadav, village harpur mafi, post laxmi ganj, u. P. 274306 contact no. Of the person [protected]. (Attachment 2 nos. Enclosed). The above mentioned t. V. Screen is not functioning properly. I, sonu yadav had lodged complaint at customer care & the service center engineer has visited from deoveria u. P. Service center & told us that the water entered in the t. V.. I would like to inform you that the engineer visited to my place is giving completely baseless statement. Actually the t. V. Is installed by the samsung engineer at the safe room. How he can give wrong statement now. Therefore, you are requested to instruct the deoveria service centre to get the t. V. Rectified satisfactorily.
