Dear samsung team, This inform you to that today i have called your customer care from my number [protected] for unable to use ola, smap application in my phone z2 model also application installed and. The call has taken mr. Alok he did not try to resolve my issue also behavior, tone, willingness to help was not well why i don't know??? My problem till now not resolved, a very pathetic situation for me. You should audit this call from external quality for better information. Hence, i complain about service center associate he told me that 'if i will update my handset with the latest version, reset the phone but before the call, everything is done from my end, so why he told repeatedly i don't know?? Please escalated🙏 this matter to concern department and this mail forward to grievance desk of higher authority and resolve this issue as soon as possible today's call back my number.
