[Resolved] Samsung India — very bad performance from samsung j5 prime and bad customer service | |||
Dear sir, Device model no: samsung j 5 Model no: sm-g570f Purchase date: october 2017. Contact number: 91-[protected]/[protected]/[protected] I purchased this phone back in october 2017. From last month and a half, the phone goes automatically to sleep mode or android software gets auto updated and re formats the phone. I gave it to samsung service center twice, but all they do is update android software and still the problem is not resolved. It is still under warranty and no permanent solution has been provided.
