[Resolved]  Samsung India — warranty of samsung front load machine

I have purchased samsung front load washing machine two months ago. Suddenly i started facing issues with my machine. I have called their free number, one technician was sent and he informed the wiring has been damaged and the replacement will cost me rs 4000/-!!!. The technician told that the wiring is damaged due to the activity of rats (Rats have entered inside the machine and bitten the wires) and there was no solution but to replace the wires. The damage, may be true, appeared really strange to me because i have kept the machine in the same place where i had kept my old washing machine for almost 10 years without any problems and it is hard for me to believe
That no rats have passed through the proximity of that machine for all those 10 years. I couldn’t believe that how a brand like samsung missed
Out the possibility of a problem like this and kept those sensitive parts exposed for the rats to damage it, if somehow they managed to enter into the machine.

The technician also told that even during warranty period this damages caused by rats will not be covered under warranty. Samsung has left big holes under the machine without covering so that rats can enter through it and damage the machine. A local technician near my place told that ifb machines dont have these kind of problems because they have installed a rat mesh in their machines to prevent the entry of rats, and this is a common problem for samsung machines.

It is like they have intentionally left the rat holes in the machine to get all that extra money for repairing after selling the machine. They are saying it may even cost more if other parts are damaged too. I am extremely disappointed and there was no such terms mentioned in the warranty terms and conditions.

I purchased samsung galaxy a50...and I'm lodgging the complain against it because cevere heat issues...and service centre are nor providing the service properly...plz take necessary action or otherwise replace it...because there is value for money
