Samsung India — Washing machine | |||
This is prequel to another complaint that i have submitted regarding croma. We had tried calling samsung directly to fix a small problem with our washing machine. It was more than a week before someone came to fix it. We needed a new drainage pipe. The old pipe had aged and we were willing to pay for the new one. The other problem was the softener wouldnt flow into the machine. The service person did something to the machine and said he would return to replace a part. He left and machine was worse that it was before this man tried to fix it. Water continues to gush in even when the machine is off. Samsung responded saying if we have an extended warranty with croma (Which we do) we need to call croma directly and route the complaint through them. They was no explanation provided for the mess up the service person had done. Then it was croma's turn to let us down. This has been explained in a separate complaint.
