[Resolved] Samsung India — Washing machine | |||
The fully automatic washing machine with 5.5 kg capacity front load which I bought few years back stopped working one fine day. I called the toll-free customer care number for Samsung and they sent a technician by the name Vijay. He checked and said some pipe inside the machine is broken and has to be replaced. He said he will have to order it from the company. It has been more than 2 weeks now and it is still not fixed. I paid the visit charge Rs. 470 for no reason.
