Samsung India — Washing Machine Complaint: doesn't get attended to for days

Samsung Customer ID [protected], registered Service Order no. [protected] . Technician assigned is Mahesh, mobile no. [protected]. It has been more than 72 hours and he is still awaited to attend the issue. We called up after 48 hrs of filing the compaint on Samsung customer care and after receiving the details of the Service Order and assigned engineer; he gave a commitment for the next day and again he didn't turn up. Samsung customers expect better service standards and a bit of professionalism. Unfortunately not happening.
