My samsung washing machine stopped working. Complaint raised through customer care on 05.04.2017, service centre person came charged rs 400 to inspect, told motor has to be replaced. Service centre person again came on 08.04.2017 after repeated calls to take the machine to service centre for repair. Told this would be delivered in 2 days with repair. Finally delivered on 14.04.2017. Paid rs. 3500/- for the total repair with 3 months warranty. Machine not working form the next day as dryer is making a loud sound while operating. Called customer care again on 15.04.2017, told service team will contact soon, reminded customer care again on 17.04.2017, told service team will surely call on 18.04.2017. Till now no response. Fedup with continuous follwups, customer care seems very casual with the escalation. Request immediate attention.
