[Resolved] Samsung India — washing machine, very much delay in getting machine repaired | |||
Sir / mdm, I have complained to Samsung regarding my Washing machine not working, showing door error about 8 days back but their customer service is worst their person only interested in looting people, he told us that the particular door latch has to be replaced, and he will come tomorrow, next day he came with a door latch which was not fitting, obviously not of the same model of washing machine, he said next day the part is not available will take 2-3 days, now after 3 days he saying that wrong part has come it will take 4-5 days more, I and my family is suffering because of all this delay, the staff is not at all professional as twice they errored in giving wrong parts and they are very lax and not taking the call, even if they take they say call to customer care no, already callled customer care no of samsung but nothing has been done till now, contacted their customer care executive Shanu Malhotra in Ghaziabad HO on email but nothing has been done.
