With due respect, i would like to inform you that i purchased a samsung galaxy s8+ by pre booking through one hrough one of your authorised outlet, bm squarre at silchar town dist cachar, assam. I got it on 03-05-17. But instead of the free offer, wireless charger, a free tumi cover was offered in my galaxy app. When i approached the my. Galaxy team at their website, i was asked to submit 1) the pre booking mobile no. 2) the pre booking sms screen shot 3) the invoice copy. I forwarded them all. Then they stopped responding suddenly. Can i request you to help me.
Secondly, the loud speaker of my phone has gone wrong. No my fault. Can i get a new set.
