I visisted samsung service centre (Safdarjung enclave, new delhi) on august 1st to get my samsung galaxy c9 pro's (Mobile) display fixed. They charged me rs 58xx for new display as my device was out of warranty which i was ok with. Soon after the display was fixed i realised that the front camera is blurred and proximity sensor is also block as it was giving a warning every time i unlock the phone. I asked them to fix it up so the engineer told me to change the camera as well as some sort of oil is in it as someone else tried to fix it. I told him few days back i went to local repair guy who opened it in front me and never applied anything on it as the price he quoted was quite high as per my expectations i asked him to not fix it as i made my mind to get it foxed by authorized service centre. Now that i have confessed someone else opened it they put it on me that it was oil applied by other guy n bla bla bla and it wasn't our fault. I got frustrated and asked them to fix the display and give it back to me and paid them for display although i knew that the camera and proximity sensor issue was there fault. Now after 2 3 days that new display started to fall out of my phone as it was not fixed properly. I was out of city and decided not to go back to same service centre due to the past experience so wrote an email to samsung ceo service desk and they called me and suggested me to visit meerut service cnetre as i was there those days. Now in meerut they took my phone and after a long wait of 90 kins they came back and told me that they have applied an adhesive to it as they do not have another display and asked me to visit again if i face this issue again. And after few hours i started facing same issue. I wrote again to ceo desk and this time they just pretened to call me as they always hung up the call they give withing first ring. Now after more than a month another executive called me and told me that if i visit any other service centre they will charge me to fix this issue although the display i bought is under warranty of 3 months. This is really ridiculous and unsatisfying resolution i ever got from such a brand. I told that guy to leave it as i am so frustrate now that i will not visit any samsung service centre ever again, ever i will never use any of their product. Was this information helpful? | |||
