Really really i'm disappointed with your samsung washing machine service to me. I'm using all of your brand in my house hold. And really happy to think and say that... But today im totally disappointed with you service center and service person. I have spend nearly 1500 for service my washing machine.. That charged only for powder and not did anything with machine. And service person is not did anything work. Still my issues has been not fixed. I'm directly contact the authorized samsung service center. I will attach my invoice copy which they provide.. They forcely sale the cleaning powder to me and charge 1500. In this case i need to escalate this issues to samsung higher official. Then only they will talk with the service center head and no one willl suffer hearafter.. Really really i'm unhappy with samsung all products because of this issues I don't need reply from normal person.. Dear Concern,
i have purchased the handset Samsung S7 Edge on 11th October 2016, and
within 1 year the battery now has swollen and i am afraid that it will burst.
Request you to please change the battery in warranty period as it will be the
total liability of the Samsung if it burst and any unfortunate happens
