Samsung — Irresponsible and negligence | |||
I have bought a Samsung washing machine in march 2021 but with in 3 months the drum is making some noise while spinning and I raised a complaint. They took the product and returned me without repairing and same problem raised after returning from work shop. I raised a complaint again and they took my product again to service center and while returning they took the rat mash and asked me to call Samsung customer care to order new one for free i did the same thing and they said it in in head office will deliver to service center and they will fix the rat mash with in 48 hrs. I waited mire than ten days but no one visited to fix the rat mash i contacted the customer service again they creates tickets but ni one visited in October i contacted customer service through phone they said they will arrage a technician to fix but the technician never visited my house and said all false statements that he will visit tomorrow since in been two weeks after i called him again but he is not visiting. Such a useless brand, the product is of worst, irresponsible and negligence. Was this information helpful? | |||
