Samsung — Issue related to cash back on my online order | |
Hello team, I have placed an order through Samsung online store active watch 2 on 30th October, and used HDFC credit card for making the payment. As per the offer mentioned on the site I should have received 10% instant cash-back for this transaction. I have not received any cash back yet. I tried reaching out to your customer care, and they are not able to give any resolution for this. My order I’d is : [protected], order was placed with my wife’s name ( Krit Rani). It's been almost 20 days, at least 20 calls to your customer care team, and many emails. Each time getting a new surprise and different reason. Can you please look into this on urgent basis? Highly disappointed with with your customer service response on this matter, and the experience you guys are providing overall. I would not like to proceed with this order in case cash back is not getting processed. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and try to create a better customer experience for an individual.
