[Resolved] Samsung — Issue with refund

I purchased Samsung M31 mobile offline.I got some display issue so i submitted phone on 16th Sep'2020 to service centre & in return i received a coupon on 30th Sep'2020 & they said now you can buy phone from any samsung store offline.I connected to samsung store but they are saying M series is not available offline & i can't redeem coupon online.I called to customer care with the same issue they are saying M series in not available offline. If phone is not available offline why did they give me coupon which i cant redeem online.Worst experience with samsung. Now they are suggesting me yo buy another phone A31 which is around 21K offline.
