Just a short brief over my concern from day 1, Also find the name and number of your team mates I have been chasing case since long.
First visit of engineer to check issue at my place, He confirmed there is a fault you have to send it at service station, No is ([protected])
Now story started from your service center @ Agra
1- Mr.Chetan ( In touch from Day One till 14th July) [protected]
In first attempt he said issue has been resolved and send back that machine to me that too without resolution, I don't know what he has done, and why double checks not been donebefore confirmation given to customer.
Very Next day again machine sent to your service station on 9th june or 11th June, He checked again and found some issue that he has confirmed over call to my wife and waited forpart, 15th days back he said that he received the part and will sort it out and send machine t me maximum by 2-3 days,
Now again I had a discussion with him he said even after replacing the part issue not been resolved, Seems there is a fault with this product and he forwarded this issue to concern teamfor approval of Replacement, For a week time again i waited for a approval basis on the assurance given for a day again n again...
He stopped picking up the calls and reverted over wats up just to wait for few more days for a resolution even after sending reminders he is not updating to me & my wife now.
All of sudden I got a call from Mr.Sharma([protected]) in last week, He said your machine is perfectly fine and there is no such issue with this product, if there is no issue with theproduct than what you guys are doing with this since 9th or 11th June when machine sent to you again ???????????????????? why there was a need to change thepart..???????????? why i have been asked that request for approval sent to replace this product..???????????????? He also stopped addressing my concern
Now again I got a call from Mr. Maharaja ([protected]) He told me the same story again that product is fine than what you guys are doing with since 9thjune..??????????????????????????????????
4 different people from same service center @ Agra saying different different story, Now question on the efficiency of your staff are they not capable or you are making fool of customer.
My question is why ..?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Now you are saying that am not using it properly, Number of times we discussed how are we using this product and what is my concern, You agreed and promised to look in to this, Nowall have changed theirs words
Either arrange a demo with same module at my place in presence of your engineer, My wife and mother will use it in front of you to identify the feature you have developedi n this module.
Or you refund me the amount of Machine I paid for this + expense of 2 months @ 2500 per month paid to my made for additional work.
Replacement or Refund pls confirm me...
