[Resolved]  Samsung — Issues with Refrigerator

Dear Sir, We have an issue with the refrigerator that the main cabinet is not cooling but the freezer is working absolutely fine. We called out the samsung engineers to have a look and they are saying that the heating coil has gone and the part is not available so just replace the fridge. I cannot believe that a fridge is just 5-6 years old and the part is not available . After spending 32, 000 INR for the product and i have to replace it in just a couple of years. Also when i looked to replace the fridge I can just 2000 /- Rs for the old one which is ridiculous. Can you please check if the part had indeed been retired and if there is no replacement part. Also i am not sure if the issue being reported is actually a problem as it looks like a common problem and many people have faced this problem. Would request you to please look into this issue and come up with a suitable solution. Thanks
