Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a Samsung LED 46 inch TV in march 2012 and had paid a handsome amount of money approx 1.10 lacs for the sam.
Since last 2 days, which is even less than 2 years since the time i have bought the TV, there are some line appearing on the screen (Have attached Pic of the same for your reference).
When contacted your support numbers, they had send an engineer to visit the place who also charged me a handsome of Rs 1000 for visiting.
After checking, he said it seems there is some issue with the screen most probably, but before that he will replace some part and check if that resolves the issue. Also, he recommended why have we not taken the extended warranty. But since we were not told by any one we never had taken and if i was told Samsung product won''t work for more than 2 years I would had definitely taken the extended warranty.
As a consumer, it is such a disappointment that as a Samsung brand the product does not last for even 2 years. A product which cost more than 1 lac and that does not work for even 2 years is disappointment.
I hope someone senior in the organisation take a look at Samsumg product very seriously and also provide me the solution for my issue.
