Respected Sir, I bought samsung led 3d smart tv on[protected] from sales india ahmedabad bill no.78653. recently my tv colour change, I complaint for it, so service engineer visit and reported your led panel problem and replace it estimated around Rs. 25000/-. Most of people who bought led tv samsung suffer a same problem so company's led tv panel is faulty. In very short time how this led panel down? so company's responsibility to change my faulty panel and establish a trust with samsung. I hope you reply very soon for satisfaction and establish trust.
