Samsung — LED TV malfunction for same defect thrice in a span of 13 months

My 32inch Samsung LED TV has a defect with Display Panel, which was resolved twice in an year within warranty, soon after the repair it was diagnosed to be damaged thrice within 2 months of repair. This clearly is a substandard service from Samsung. I have already complaint in service centre for the same, however they are saying we cant do anything and it has to be repaired again at a cost of 16000.00 INR approximately. Does that means i should be prepared to spend 32000.00 anally for repair of a product worth 32000.00. The product is still lying in the service centre at Patna(Bihar) Please help as i am frustrated with the poor level of service and response from Samsung.
