Samsung — M51

Dear Sir/Mam,

I bought Samsung M51 mobile on 25-Sep-2020 (it is still under warranty period). I started getting charging issue within 6 months o[censored]sage. So I went to Jaya Nagar, Bangalore Samsung service centre in following days:

1) 22-Mar-2021: The issue was mostly with the motherboard but they did some fix and it worked for some days - but within 2 months again same problem started.

2) 01-July-2021: So again I went to same service centre as I was facing same charging issue - this time they pushed the charge pin so hard and adjusted the pin and it worked there, but again the same issue came within 7-8 days - they did not fix anything (they did not even check or open the mobile) which was very weird way of fixing charging issue.

3) 16-July-2021: So again I went to same service centre, but this time they started doing more drama and they are saying there is some bend which is unacceptable (I am attaching images). They did not fix anything and returned me the mobile. So I decided to go for legal actions. But before I do so, I contacted with Samsung CUSTOMER care people and meantime also I checked with the third party samsung mobile service shops before I could throw this garbage faulty product in dustbin. After 5-6 days the Samsung CUSTOMER care people called me and asked me to resubmit the mobile in same service centre.

4) 03-Aug-2021: So again I went to same service centre, but this time they are saying there is NO bend issue but now turned the issue to it was opened by outside shop.

Request you to take strict action on this case so that they will provide proper resolutions:

Below are the solutions and questions I have asked them through mail: (attached mail snapshot)

Resolutions:
1) Return my Rs.25000/-
2) or Replace the handset
3) or Repair it
4) or just answer my questions (it should not be too difficult for you if you're right in this - in this case, I have to go for legal actions)

Questions:
Q1:- I bought this M51 mobile on 25-Sept-2020 and started getting charging issue on 22-March-2021, so I went to Samsung service centre and you said they replaced the charging port, if so then why again started getting the same charging issue? - so why it was not fixed properly?

Q2:- I again went to the same service centre on 01-Jul-2021 (token number: 13, time: 10 AM) with the same charging issue; then the service centre guy pushed the charger pin very hard and some adjustments; left push, right push and so many other pushes - and it started charging?!! - congratulations issue fixed! This is LOL moment of this case - please add these steps in the user manual so that users can fix this issue by themselves. Now the question is; why the charging issue came again after it was fixed on 22-Mar-2021 and why it was not fixed on 01-Jul-2021?

Q3:- And of course do not ever think the charging pin adjustment and left/right push will fix the charging issue? - no no no, it does not! So, as it has been my duty; I went to the same service centre again on 16-Jul-2021 with the same charging issue, and this time you're saying bending issue? I have already shared the mobile images with you and you've my mobile as well - please check it by yourself. And (please use some common sense) if that was really the case, then you would not have accepted my mobile when I went to that service centre again on 02-Aug-2021? Am I correct here? Now the question is why it was not fixed on 16-July-2021? instead, they gave me an estimation of 12K (which you've mentioned in this mail) and FYI my mobile is under warranty period.

Q4:- After all this drama by the service centre, I decided to go for legal actions but before that, I thought of connecting with Samsung CUSTOMER care, so I sent a mail on 17th July and shared my mobile images with you - do you see any bend there (if there was any bend they service centre would not have accepted it)? After 5-6 days, Samsung CUSTOMER care called me and requested me to go to the same service centre and submit the mobile once again. But meantime (in that 5-6 days as I did not get any response from Samsung CUSTOMER care), I thought of checking third party mobile service before I through this ### mobile to dustbin and go for legal actions; and that third party mobile service also said the same thing - motherboard problem and you've to replace it. Now the question is (while blaming me for this use some common sense and ask this to yourself) why do I have to go to 3rd party even when my mobile is under warranty period?
