Samsung — MAIN PBA SIM TRAY DAMAGED

Hi, I have purchased new A5 Phone & inserted my sim, at that time sim tray broken, I rushed to service station as my Handset is 7 Days old. Service station man said that I have to pay Rs 7000 Approx to repair it. I dont understand that how can a sim tray can broken, I have used almost all companies handset including damsung in last 10 years, but never face such a bad hardware. Kindly do the needful & repair my handset in warranty. Regards, Raju Gor.
