Samsung — Malfunctioning of product and behaviour of service officials | |||
This is in reference of Samsung Refrigerator purchased on 20.11.2011 from Indian Enterprises, Civil Lines, Bijnor(U.P)-246701. Model No. is RT26GCSR in the name of Mrs. Sunita Chawla.On 17.08.2015 refrigerator stopped working due to some technical issue and when the complaint was registered engineer came and filled the gas and charged Rs.1200/- but gave no receipt. When we asked for receipt he informed that he will get it delivered. On 05.09.2015 it again stopped working and again the complaint was registered and refrigerator was taken by the officials for repair and no acknowledgement was given nor any proof. They delivered the same on 22.09.2015 after continuous remainders and follow ups. On 28.10.2015 it gain stopped working and the after regular remainders they came on 12.12.2015 to check and informed that it has to be taken to service centre again for repair. After almost 20 days it was sent back and when it was sent we were informed that we should not use it for another 48 hours and the doors were locked and keys were not delivered to us. After 48 hours when we asked for keys they couldn't trace the person who is having the keys and it took another 48 hours for them to deliver the keys after remainders and two personal visits at the centre. After we switched on the refrigerator it is sounding as somebody is snoring in the room at high pace. We gain asked them to see the same and there is no response till date. I am amazed with the behavior of officials as they don't know how to deal with customer and the service quality is too poor as explained above. Kindly look into the same on priority else i will be forced to move to the court for the compensation and relief against the malfunctioning of the product and the mental stress caused to my family.
