Samsung — Microwave malfunction Ref [protected] | |||
I was gifted a Microwave for my wedding with Model no. CE73JD October - 2014 in February 2015. After just 2 months, the oven started malfunctioning. The door would not close properly and in a single week it broke twice and the service engineers who came to fix it, did so temporarily. It malfunctioned a third time on the night of 10th May and in spite of calling your Customer Care several times since then, I am yet to receive any assistance from the Service Center. Its been 5 days since and I must say the after sales service provided by Samsung is really disappointing! I have a refrigerator and washing machine from Samsung too and I am dreading the day they start malfunctioning. PATHETIC SERVICE! I hope now at least I get a solution!
