We bought SAMSUNG MICROWAVE OVEN on 24th Aug 2020 from Adishwar, Tiptur, Karnataka but, we didn't receive the warranty card till date. We have packed the product infront o[censored]s but they have not put the manual along with the product. After constant follow-ups, after 6 weeks they provided xerox of the manual and when we are asking for warranty they are saying the bill would be enough for any further complaints. Demo guy also didn't show the demo as he could not refer to the manual.
Even, the glass rotator inside the oven was also not fitting well... once we complained about it then, after a few days they exchanged the rotator which they would be knowing while showing the demo in the showroom which we have not noticed. Overall, we feel there is some issue with the product which the showroom guys are hiding from us.
We have brought this issue to the notice of the Adishwar main branch, Bangalore... even, they are not supporting us. They are comfortably escaping without providing the warranty card saying the warranty card is not needed... We wanted to bring this issue to your notice to take required action and do the needful.
