[Resolved]  Samsung — Microwave oven. Which product was given it was faulty. So i want product replaced.

I have taken samsung microwave oven on dt 29.10.2016 from amar agencies shop no 18-19 space olympia, suitgirni chowk aurangabad. But when the product received for installation no one came till we call most of time them. After wards when they gone we started to use but we recognised that this product is faulty. So we were calling to samusung customer they were not responding our complaint. So we contact to amar agencies he said to contact samusung customer care i told him we have already contacted but he says they only can resolve your problem.
