Samsung — Missed Delivery of Product | |||
Hello, I have ordered Samsung Galaxy A52s on 29th October 2021 via Samsung Website (order Number [protected]). The website had confirmed the delivery date of 31st October 2021. However, I haven’t received the phone and not even I am very disappointed regarding the missed delivery. I have raised a multiple compliant (complaint number[protected]; however, I have always get a same response “Our back end team is working on it”. I have requested a call back or any inputs on delivery but very disappointed due too the cold response from the support executives. In era where e-commerce companies are offering a same day delivery this sis highly disappointing.
