[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile — Calls keeps dropping fuzzy noise

Hi,

I am complaining about a Samsung Galaxy
mobile I had through a Orange contract since last October I have advised them of the issues.


I have followed instructions provided by their technical team, to reset it and identify the problem

the phone has been sent off buy Orange twice for repair the issue still exists.

I still have 10ile months remaining on my contract and Orange have
advised me to contact you,
