Samsung — Mobile faced hanged and low battery problem

Hi Sir, I have purchased The new Samsung Galaxy S duos(Samsung-Gt-S7562)at Rs.9350/- on 23rd October 2013.I am facing quite bad service from the mobile. sometimes it hangs without any reason and i have missed my regular calls due to this. and moreover the battery problem is also there. I have purchased two new batteries worth Rs. 1200 for this mobile phone but all money went in vain. when i call samsung customer care they also dont responds to my problems. Kindly help me because they are doing my money waste and mental harrasment. please help me. Thanks in advance.
