Samsung Mobile — Galaxy note 5 for replacement | |||||
Complaint no.[protected] Bill no. [protected] We bought galaxy note 5 on 16 Oct and it had a problem on spen. We already registered complaints via service centre as well as croma. For the past 2 weeks I m using my phone as it is in the service center we are highly dissatisfied and disappointed because of samsung service. No phone calls no follow up. Nothing. They don't bother about our issue. I understand samsung can't solve this issue. And I m telling to everybody as the galaxy note 5 is a failure model and not to buy. As it is a premium model and I spent 53k to buy but there is no value for the customer. and I decided this is the last phone from Samsung to our family as there is no cooperation from Samsung. They don't valuing the customer feedback as it gone repaired with 7 days from the date of purchase. Hope they don't solve my issue by replacing the phone I bought. I am surprised that they are interested in servicing the same phone. How it can be possible to do service within a week. Is it explains the quality and worth of the product.
