Dear sir/medam we are inform you that your product is lost .we have believe in samsung company in all product.but today experience to not a believe in sumsung company. i have purchase before 6 days samsung j2 and yesterday my mobile is not a working.i will not satisfaction in your brand so please answer this complain. i will do not a repair in my mobile. so please change my mobile in under the warranty.
