[Resolved]  Samsung — Mobile M21

I have purchased this cell phone on 4th oct 2020,
its in warranty n facing issue of display showing pink dot at starting n in few days half of screen got blue. i went to service center. in few minutes they said its imapact damage which cant be covered in warranty. impact damage (i.e damage occured to display due to pressure from outside such as due to pressure on screen from Pocket or pillow).
im sure my cell never faced any of these damages..
I am asking that is this the built in quality of Samsung like brand, that the display will damage due to a pressure without any crack or scratch on the display glass? when I am checking the issue in internet i came to know that this is not a normal issue that so many peoples are facing the same issue with their M21 and Samsung simply cheating us by stating that they can't include this in warranty as this is not an issue from the customers. But its a pure manufacturing defect.
We need an urgent help for this.
