Dear Sir/Mam, As I would like to inform you that I Paritosh Jaiswal as a customer of Samsung mobile where I have purchase new phone E5 on dated 28/9/2015 in which my phone is running under warranty period such as I have also send a mail to CEO of company regarding my matter where I have received a call and some so called lady havery called me up nd told me that your phone nickel part of body doesn't comes under warranty period and they literary get denied the same... Hereby I request you to make a direction to make a replacement of my phone until and unless I am going to move to consumer court against them... Was this information helpful? | |||
