Samsung Mobile — New Samsung J2 mobile with lot of Network isuess and Defect | |||
I bought a new samsung J2 phone. From the Day1 there are network issues. I complained to Samsung Service center they told to change the SIM. I changed the SIM and provider 2 times same problem exist. The resposed from service center is not good. Now I asked them to replace/Refund the phone they are not ready to do that.Instead they are tyring to tell some thing and convenience me. Please do the need ful in Replacing/Refunding the money. when all other low caost mobile phone are working with same SIM and service provider, why Samsung phone is not working.
