Dear Team, I am a resident of Moradabad my name is Vidhan Shukla and I work in Hindustan Media Ventures Ltd. I am using Samsung handsets since i have started using cell-phone i have used your maximum variants i.e your expensive cell-phone S9+ as it was launched i purchased it, Galaxy J7 Prime, Galaxy A-51, and many more of which i don't even remember the names of .I have been writing this mail after thinking a lot and after waiting for approx 2 weeks. i directly come to point that i have given my cell-phone on[protected]Saturday) at Samsung Service Center situated in Civil Lines Moradabad UP 244001 for display folder change as my cell-phone display was broken due to falling your Samsung employee ensured me that he will provide me the phone within 3-4 working days as the part will come on order and i can take my cell-phone on[protected]Wednesday) and paid complete payment of Rs 6900/-. I called Samsung employee at 12 noon on Wednesday to ask about the status of my cell-phone. He said that the part is not delivered yet but it is dispatched from our stock center and I can take my cell-phone tomorrow[protected]Thursday). Thursday morning I called him again. He said that he will provide the phone till Thursday evening but he did not give the phone and said that the part is not yet delivered but we can track the part and it in on the way and till tomorrow[protected]Friday). Again Friday the same reason was given that the part was not available.Finally it is[protected]Thursday) but i have not received my cell-phone yet now from last 3-4 days they have started saying that there is some other problem of motherboard in your phone which is not at all possible as there was problem of display damage. Can I seriously know that this is the way your company treats your old customers who have been using Samsung cell-phones for the last 10-12 years. i am really disappointed by the service and will surely Tweet this as well so that the public should also get to know what actually is happening behind the name of such a big Brand Samsung. I just need to know that when my cell-phone was in so many problems so why i got to know after two weeks. All i can understand is that now they are fooling me and making it dalay the reason behind is not clear yet.All i want is my cell-phone anyhow and asap as you must be aware that now a days even the attendance of offices are marked by cell-phone and i am unable to do that from last 14 days my salary will get on hold and termination letter will be issued to me.I am expecting help form your side only and not putting Consumer Rights in CC.
