[Resolved] Samsung — mobile phone faulty - refund not provided since more than 70 days of mobile | |||
I am facing a lot of mental harassment since the samsung company employees (Mamta and akshay koul) are not resolving my issue - [protected]. They are required to refund the money through demand draft (Dd) which they are not processing and it has been a long time - complaint lodged on 28 june 2020 and till today it has been not resolved. Despite multiple mails to them, india service desk and to the samsung ceo desk as well, it is still pending. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
