Please read replay from different offices of samsung.Even when the same matter is escalated to different offices of samsung, no one has any clue has what they will do with the upgrades. Absolutely a waste, no one knows as who will upgrade android, when will they upgrade, why they should upgrade, what they will earn by upgrading android, why should we care for the customerthis is clear samsung has no answer to upgrades. They are interested in cheating and making new customer and then customer should suffer for their life.Good bye samsung for ever. I brought s duos for my wife at rs 18000 and its android never get upgraded and cheater samsung launched s duos 2 with the latest android at rs 9000.Again i brought galaxy tab for my kid and andriod is not upgraded for her. And cheating company samsung launched tab 3 neo with the higher android version at cheaper price in less than 3 months.How can you reply on brands like this who does not know their software upgrdation plans. With this it is clear never buy samsung products.
