[Resolved] Samsung — Mobile service in service center bluffing customers | |||
Hello I have the charging issue for my samsung M51 that is under warranty period.i have visited customer service center nearly 5 times. Everyone they will say there is no spare part to repair and come back in 7 or 10 days. They made me to visit their service 5 times within last couple of months. When I asked to take order or give me acknowledgement that spare part is not available they denied everytime. They even don't provide job sheet details Today I called customer support and next level of escalation. They said that service center should register my complaint and provide job sheet even though spare part is not available. They should order the part and fix the issue within 3 days But when I visited the service center, it's again the same old story they will repeat No responsibility or commitment towards their job .just bluffing the educated people also Service center : Above Maruthi showroom Kakatiya Nagar, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, Telangana 500028 Was this information helpful? | |||
