[Resolved] Samsung Mobiles India — Display panel damage | |||||
Display panel damaged Complaint no...[protected] & 8454017 registered with service centre of samsung mobiles.. It's only 2months we have purchased a new handset samsung galaxy j7 for 14500/- now it got switch off automatically tried hard to on it but no use... Then i visited nariana service centre to which i was told that the display panel was damaged and it will cost another 6000/- to get the same repaired... My question to the samsung operations head is why i should pay another 6k without any fault of mine... It was not dropped on hard marble floor and it does not have any scratches or curves... What's our fault.. Why like apple it does not get replaced as it's covered under warranty... I am not at all satisfied with the service quality provided by samsung mobile india..
