Samsung — Motherboard issue in a50s | |
I bought my samsung a50s in march 2020 and my phone got problem of restarting in August 2021 it got worse and worse day by day, i thought it is issue with software update. I visited samsung care they told me my phone has motherboard problem and i saw 2 more people with same problem and same device. I just wanted to ask why this problem is coming in mass, is samsung doing deliberately for pushing us to buy new phone. If it is the case i am very disappointed, I won't be buying any samsung in future. I mean it is feasible for us to buy 20k phone for every year. I am sad and frustrated, even I am not able to access my data so that i can perform a backup. I am very angry samsung, this is not cool. Was this information helpful? | |
