Bought a Samsung note 10.1 in the year 2013. Now the motherboard is having issues. When I asked can we repair the board, they said no. Then I was decided to buy new board, but the service technician said the motherboard was stopped by Samsung and can't be replaced. I am decided to log a consumer complain against Samsung India and the service centre. Spent 40K for a tablet and unable to repair it. Isn't it disgusting??? Was this information helpful? | |
