[Resolved] Samsung — My phone doesnt work anymore due to irresponsible customer care.. | |||
I had been gifted a samsung j7 by my relative. The phone wasnt working properly had some 4g issue. Then went to the service centre.. They said they couldnt do anything due to the phone being a foreign model. Asked for the contry customer care said it would be better if i tried flashing the software. I am amatuerin these things.. Ended up with a bricked phone... Would probably be termed as a irresponsible by the relative who gifted me the same.. Please help!!! Was this information helpful? | |||

I submit My Galaxy A8, on 30th August 2016, still its pending issue, so I want to know that you will handle it Or I have to complaint in Consumer court or Police office.
coz Its about 1 month ago and no solution provided by you.
