Hello service head, ravi, geeta & prince, Pls note that you are giving pathetic support on this issue by taking responsibility without contacting/updating the customer and providing false assurance of resolving issue within 3/4 days, and no sign of improvement in your support attitude from 45 plus days issue. As per my previous communication there is no pkp issue for my area (Abhyudaya nagar - 400033) and it is not under containment zone, i able to received/noticed all vendors are delivering their products in my area without any issue. stop harassing the customer... If you wont able to resolve this issue then refund my money without any further delay without wasting you valuable time. Kindly refer below guidelines from govt for here is the list of activities that are permitted even in the red zones (My area is not in containment zone). Hope this provide you clear & sound understanding. 18. Most of the commercial and private establishments including print and electronic media, it and it enabled services, data and call centers, cold storage and warehousing services, private security and facility management services, and services provided by self-employed persons, except for barbers etc are allowed. 19. All goods traffic is to be permitted. No state/ ut shall stop the movement of cargo for cross land-border trade under treaties with neighboring countries.
