Samsung — No jellybean update for my samsung s duos 7562.

I brought samsung s duos 7562 mobile phone in 28 november 2012. It runs on android 4 ICS. But that time it was a new launch & promoted as upgradeable to jellybean. For that I talk to samsung customer care twice & they replied that our engineers are doing work on it & you soon get jellybean update but still no changes in my phone. I am big fan of samsung, but after this I will not suggest anybody for samsung. Incase any reply please mail & no phone calls
